§       There is such a thing as a free lunch!
The local hosting committee is providing a complimentary lunch Wednesday (Jambalaya), Thursday (Gumbo) and Friday (Po' Boy Sandwich) to those who indicate on their registration form that they want the lunch. Be sure to check these off on your registration form if you are interested.
No substitutions/no refunds...it's free!

§       The Banquet is included in your full meeting registration. Be sure to indicate your preference on your registration form.

ä    Beef: Smoked Sliced Brisket au jus or with gravy, Stuffed Potatoes and California Blend Vegetables

ä    Chicken: Boneless Chicken Breast with Mushroom Marsala Wine Sauce, Rice Pilaf and California Blend Vegetables

ä    Fish: Bronzed Catfish with Crawfish Ettouffee Topping, Rice Pilaf and Chef’s Choice Vegetable

ä    Vegetarian: Grilled Cajun Vegetables and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

§       The Banquet is included in your full meeting registration.  

§        Extra banquet tickets are available at $60 per person.

REFUNDS
Requests for refunds, less $35 per person processing fee, must be submitted in writing to the FDLC National Office by September 30, 2010.
